Two years ago, when I was 16, my dad tried to set me up with one of his business partners. I told him off, and he never tried that again. Soon after that, I met this guy through my friends, and we started dating. Heâs only one year older than me, so itâs age-appropriate. Itâs a very laid-back and fun relationship, but we have to keep it low-key since we live in the Gulf region, and heâs a native. Due to sociocultural, religious, and even legal factors, heâs not supposed to date. However, like many of these wealthy native Gulf families, they do everything theyâre not supposed to do on the down low. Just wanted to share an alias I have in use and found it useful again. Itâs a simple wrapper around xargs, which I always forget how to use properly, so I set up an alias for. All it does is operate on each line on stdout.
I took the toaster apart and cleaned the contacts for the lever that signal the hold down while toasting. Now we donât have to stand there and hold it (that was 3 morning routines slightly out of order).
