The cat would be on top of it if it was a crt. That’s where mine was pretty frequently.
Things did not go well the day I got my first LCD. The cat tried to hop up top to check it out, and he fell down behind it. I saw him looking to jump up there, but I wasn’t able to react in time to stop him. Fortunately he wasn’t hurt.
