Across the country, state leaders are racing to fast-track wind and solar projects before the expiration of federal tax credits to support clean energy.

CharlesDarwinThe conservatives are doing so much damage to this country. If this country doesn't completely fall apart due to fascism and/or civil war, it will take years/decades to fix all the damage they are doing.
And in the meantime, it's highly likely that the EU, China, and/or India will all blow right by us....
