That is a cool project but I do not see much utility in that form factor for e-ink.

I do.

I don’t like e-readers because I read 2 pages in seconds, so I find having to change pages constantly really annoying.

Also, holding them feels weird - they don’t rest in your hand or on your lap.

This has lots of potential. Imagine announcing annotating on the right while reading the left.
