Explanation: Jawaharlal Nehru, the first prime minister of India, started losing his hair at a fairly young age. This letter to his dad shows The Struggle of men who love their hair losing it. š
Hoping my fatherās side of the family wins out over my motherās - my paternal grandfather still had a full head of hair at 90!
Looking at my dadās bald ass head, and having tried a shaved head while I was younger, there is no fear. I even do it in cycles of growing my hair out down to my shoulders and getting sick of it and starting a new cycle.
Also, just like with Nick Fury and Co helping me not give a shit about my white sides, Picard ad Co got my back for going bald, if it happens.
Give it a try before it happens to acclimatise yourself to the idea.
My hair is precious to me though. Everyone always said, even when I was a kid, āOh, Pug, you have such beautiful hair!ā
And I do, itās luscious (even though my hair care routine is āSoak in the shower, apply dollar store shampoo, dry off") and special and I love it! Itās part of me! Donāt take it away! Iāll probably look fine bald but my hair is part of my identity at this point! š
Honestly, if it wasnāt unbearably hot, Iād still wear my hair long even.
Hey man, you do you. Just know that behind the red door in your favourite bars, men are getting incredible kicks by not having hair even though they arenāt balding
